Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataVision AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access DataVision AI.

2. Description of Service

DataVision AI provides an AI-powered data visualization and analytics platform. You can upload CSV or Excel files, ask questions in plain English, and receive interactive charts and data summaries. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your business or personal needs.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must sign in with a Google account to use DataVision AI. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@datavision.ai.

4. Credits and Usage

DataVision AI operates on a credit-based system:

  • Free tier users receive 100 credits that reset every 30 days.
  • Uploading a new file costs 8 credits per message.
  • Follow-up messages cost 4 credits each.
  • API calls cost between 4 and 6 credits per request.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. API Usage

Users who generate API keys agree to use them responsibly. You must not exceed your plan's rate limits. Automated abuse, scraping, or reselling API access is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to DataVision AI. We do not claim any rights over your datasets, charts, or analysis results. You are free to download, share, and use any output generated by the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are the property of DataVision AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent. The DataVision AI name and logo are registered trademarks.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon termination, your conversation history and API keys will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

DataVision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
